I am trying to find out if there is a "safe as draft" or "auto save" feature in PowerApps. I have a simple sharepoint form with 6 multi-line text boxes. The users have been asked to fill out their goals for the year an assess their progress. Once they have completed filling out the form they will send it to their supervisors to review by clicking the send button. We expect that they may need to save multiple times before submitting because this cannot be completed in one sitting. I would like for our users to be able to save their progress or save as a draft instead of automatically submitting the form when they click save. Are any of the two senarious possible in power apps:
1. Information automatically saves when a user enters information. They click save when done.
2. Information is saved when they click a "Save as draft" button but not sent until they click a send button. They are able to open and close the form as many times as they need to complete the form but it does not automatically send it.
Also, once it is submitted we would use flow or a workflow to send it to their supervisior. The trigger will be when the form is modified/or created. We just want to avoid having the workflow/flow fire off muliple times when an item is modified. Ideally it would only be triggered once when it is submitted.
