System Error When Adding Dataverse Action

Hi Community,

When I try to add an action related to Dataverse, I encounter a system error and the action doesn't work. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Any insights on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you share your specific error? Do you get the error directly after adding the action? Or is it after you configure it and try to save the topic.

In case of the latter also please share the configuration of your Dataverse action as well.

My error is :
Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 0d666942-1e3b-44c2-8246-536650f62d60. Time (UTC): 7/22/2024 10:06:59 AM.

After adding the action and then testing the prompt related to this action, I got this error.
Actually I didn't set any special configuration for my dataverse action.
I just added the dataverse action (Add a new row to the selected Environment) , and then test it which I face with the above error! I should mention that the dataverse connection is also connected!

Just to double check.

Did you specify a value for the selected environment? That action requires you to select/provide a value for which environment you want to use.

Actually, I didn't change the default setting for this action. All are in the default values according to the attached image.
I've assumed that I will input them with the prompt!
Also in editing input section, I didn't find any entity with the Environment name to select.
