Why do I get "there's no records to display" when a try to create a new record in Power Pages form?
What I have configured:
1. The Power Pages form Data is set to "create a new record".
2. The Power Pages form is connected to the FormA in Dataverse
3. The FormA lookup field is from FormB in Dataverse
4. The FormA permission in Power Pages is set to "Create" and "Append" available to everyone. Then I set the child permission of FormA, the child permission is set about Form B permission in Power Pages is set to "Read" and "Append To" available to everyone.
5. The Lookup field has a quick view component (but this may not be the cause)

So now, it seems any user can access the page, the formA and formB, but just cannot see existing records created in formB.

It really appreciate if anyone know the possible cause.

From your description i am not following where the issue actually is, are you saying:
    1. When the user opens the lookup they cannot see any records to select? or
    2. You have a List or subgrid that is not showing the records (in which case which records Table A or Table B)
If #1, then the Table Permission scope is probably incorrect (Table B would generally be a Scope = Parent Table Permission as Parent/Child needs the relationship to already be established).

You can rule in/out it being a Table permissions issue by creating a Table permission for each Table that is set to Scope = Global and setting all the permissions on. Assign those permissions to the respective Web Role and see if the issue goes away - if it does then you know it is a Table Permissions issue and not something else.
