1-Everyone is facing this issue as we have had this issue since yesterday, and we cannot play our apps. Every time we try to play the apps we get an App permissions popup, even after allowing it, we will get an error connection not configured for this data source.

In the studio, the connection is okay, working fine. I have tried to change the authoring version to the previous version, but there is none as it shows only 3 versions forward, no previous . See the screenshot.

2–We have contacted powerapps support but no one can help as the power requests support is complicated to contact support.

3- I am sure the problem is recent updates but no way to go back to previous I am stuck even thinking about looking at alternative options.

Anyone facing this issue let's know please.

Hi

Don't try to reset the authorizing environment (well you can do that too) but what you need to do is reset the Version of the App.

1) Go to the Apps Tab on the home page

2. Click the ... on the app line

3. Select Details

4. Select the Versions Tab

Select one to Restore

That should solve it.. But if its ALL apps.. thats another weird thing. But try this on one.

Hi,

I have tried this before, but I managed to restore to the old version. The problem is the same and somehow Power apps changes itself to the current version

If you open the app in studio twice.

I think the Power apps support team needs to be involved in this and fixed, but at the moment I cannot see that happening.

My only option is to look for alternative software to run business needs there's no help by Power apps support team and no way to contact but i never seen this and used be easy back in days to contact get help from Power apps support team.

Hi

But what you showed, is again changing the GUI version, not the app version.

What happens when you rollback the version of the app (not the GUI).

Definitely frustrating no doubts

Hi,

It rolls back to its current version once you try to open it in a studio.

It's frustrating, and I have tried everything and even created a new app from scratch. I give up.

The only thing I'm upset about is the way the powerapps support team help ignoring and no one called me till today, and the only way they will help if your premium customer is that weird even. The problem is the Power App.

If i need to reset authorizing environment can you tell me who can i do and what action do i need to take before reset, like backup etc
