Model Driven App Column Labels

Anyone know any tricks to get a separate label for each column in a 2 or 3 column section in Model Driven Apps? Example below is a 2 column section - I can label the section for column 1 but I'd also like to label the 2nd column something different like completion conditions.

The closest I can think of is to create a 2 Column Tab and then add a single section to each column.
