We have set the description fields for the entity columns and the tool tip appears on hovering on the field in the desktop browser for a Model driven App. Our App also has a significant mobile users group and the tool tip does not work on Mobile, even if you click on the label in Mobile nothing happens. How do Tool tips work in Mobile Power App and what are the alternate ways of giving users hints on what each field is on a form in a Mobile Model driven App?
