I have seen similar posts about this topic but they reference Solutions or Components. I'm not using either but I'm still getting this error message. I've looked everywhere in my app that i know of. I don't necessarily need a solution but if anyone can point me in the right direction of finding where this might be so i can fix it, that would be great. Any information is useful, even just telling me what some of this stuff means, like correlation ID. Where do i find that?

The request failed with error: '{"error":{"code":"0x8004f036","message":"The dependent component Entity (Id=new_driverlog) does not exist.  Failure trying to associate it with CanvasApp (Id=4a179cbb-580f-4f8b-ba64-981af62e1038) as a dependency. Missing dependency lookup type = EntityNameLookup."}}'. The correlation Id is 'ea1bfea7-eba7-47c0-a89c-0f032dd7ddef'.

Did you end up figuring this out?  Trying to test out the new wrapped app feature and can't figure out how to add my app to a solution haha

I did, but I think these are two different issues. Mine was solved by discovering that the name of the table that was being referenced in my app had changed. Once, I updated the name of the table, I was able to publish it.
As for adding an app to a solution, it's my understanding that it would be built the other way around. Meaning, build the elements of your app in the solution and then use the solution in your Canvas app. Initially, I thought, I dont have a team. I don't need to use a solution. I didn't intend on reusing elements of my app so why use a solution? Well, now, as I'm learning more, I think solutions are more relevant than i had previously thought.
