I have a PowerApps application linked to SharePoint List. I have two screens one to view the ticket and the other to submit any updates to a ticket. When I submit my form which saves the updates made to the ticket and takes me back to the first screen this error appears "Network Error when using patch: Conflicts exist with changes on the server, please reload" every once in a while.
The things we have done so far to resolve but had no luck.
Does anyone else have any suggestions for me?

How about putting Refresh after SubmitForm?
