Since this morning, I've not able to edit my a chatbots.
When I open the topic list, I can't see anything.
In addition,
This chatbot was created on the PVA preview version, but it seems that it is now changed to the "old version" of PVA.
my chatbot type has been changed from "preview" to "production".
"PowerVirtualAgentSprod #" 'User name? 'Seems to have updated today.
I've issued a ticket. I hope it will be fixed soon.
It appears that somewhere last night PVA had set up a major update and the synchronization of that process was not completed. We recognized that this may have caused various problems when trying to load the new version's metadata on the old version's management screen.
As of today, everything was consistent and problem-free. We are also a bit relieved to hear that the indication that it is a preview version has been removed.
We apologize for the interruption.
It looks the values had been set.
And, actually although I didn't change anything but my chatbot is now recovered. (Did someone update the value?)
Anyway now it looks working well. Thank you for your support.
Engineering indicates that's by design. Inside Dynamics you need to use the "Advanced Find" experience to take the next step. Note that the gear icon was the incorrect highlight, it should be the funnel icon - now fixed.
James,
Thank you for your support.
>>Click on “Settings” and then click on “Advanced settings”
If I click on "Advanced settings", it's forwarded to 'Dynamics 365'.

It seems something wrong ?
A very small number of bots were disrupted during an upgrade activity. We have steps you can try to verify whether yours was one (and patch it if so). We're working on seeing if we can do this centrally, but in the interim:
{"contentVersion":2}
Not yet. I still cannot see any topics in my chatbot.
If I open list of topics, I get
Unexpected error: {"diagnosticInformation":" can't use trace id. header: {\"cache-control\":\"no-cache, no-store\",\"content-type\":\"application/json\",\"x-ms-activity-vector\":\"00.00.00\",\"x-ms-correlation-id\":\"752cb1bb-48bc-430e-af24-4ddf824c132b\",\"x-ms-islandgateway\":\"GA0000004\",\"x-ms-service-request-id\":\"d80500ce-4b79-4b6e-8918-3ab6b0d73521\"}","errorCode":null,"errorStatus":400,"errorInfo":""}
Has this stabilized at all for you? Are your bots in an inconsistent state (other than the incorrect user having edited the bot)?
As I mentioned earlier, we are currently in the process of contacting the Japanese subsidiary to inquire about this matter, and I believe that the Japanese subsidiary will be contacted about it at a later date.
The support ticket will be opened at that time.
That's odd - I have a chatbot in the Japan region but they work for me.
Can you open a support request so we can help with the troubleshooting?

I am displaying the list of bots in case my environment is helpful, but originally all the bots were configured with the preview version, but about 5 hours ago, the PowerVirtualAgentsProd #, which appears to have been modified by the user in some way, disappeared with the indication "PowerVirtualAgentsProd #". The preview version disappeared about 5 hours ago with the indication "PowerVirtualAgentsProd #", as if a user had made some modification.
After that, I kept getting errors due to inconsistencies between versions of the topic configuration, or it would repeatedly time out trying to pick up the information.
