As part of the IT department at [Company Name], we're currently exploring the possibility of implementing an automated email system that triggers upon manual creation of emails within our company domain. Specifically, we aim to send an automatic email with necessary information and attachments for welcoming new employees upon their manual email creation for onboarding purposes.
We would greatly appreciate any insights, suggestions, or recommendations from individuals who have experience integrating such systems into their workflow. A solution to perform this could be a model-driven app to manage new starters and the stages of their onboarding process (for example, Contract Signed > Onboarding Emails Sent, etc) which contains button to call Power Automate flows which generate and send emails to the new starter.
