Hi there,
My team member has an Office 365 account and accidently signed up for the Trial Plan 1 or 2 and it has now expired. We are trying to change his account to be the normal Office 365 one as he doesn't need the Plan 1 or 2 additional functionality. We can't find an obvious way to make the account change and there isn't an option on this page (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/) to change the plan back. He is currently now locked out of the App I created due to the trial being expired.
Does anyone know how to push the account downgrade through?

Not sure how that would show up on the licenses for the user (through the Office 365 Admin), but perhaps if the expired plan shows up as a license, just delete it.

Thanks, I requested our Office 365 admin make the changes and that fixed it.
