    Hey,

Firstly you need to share both the App and the datasources with the users. This is most commonly done via a security group, which is recommended. If this isnt an option for you, you can add the users manually for now if you just want to get going.

How you ditribute the app is up to you, you can for example add the link to a Team or share the link via email.

Are you building in your own environment? If so you could be forced to also edit some permissions there. If its in your default environment (Which i would not recommend) you dont need to do anything when it comes to permissions in the environment.

All users need a license that includes Power Apps to be able to run the app. This is often included in their base license such as E3.

    • Navigate to Make. Powerapps.com
    • In the right side you can see Apps (Tab)
    • If you click that it will show the list of the apps under the environment.
Ensure you have provide proper permission to the app(Canvas) and Data-Source / DB which you have used inside the application.

✅If this helped, please Accept as Solution to help others ❤️ A Like is appreciated 🏷️ Tag @MS.Ragavendar for follow-ups.

    Hi @OO-27081207-0

Not sure if you have maintained a dev-->UAT--Production environment or not. If you are in you current envrionment(considering dev) you can publish the app once you have completed devlopment. So, launching your Power Apps solution for your team is a mainly two steps process: publish it and then share access so they can open it directly in Teams or in the browser. Here’s the step‑by‑step:

    1. Publish the App: In Power Apps Studio, click File → Save → Publish → Publish this version. Or you can publish from the Apps environment at the top-right corner pressing the Publish button. This ensures your latest changes are live and accessible.

Share the App:  Go to the Power Apps portal (make.powerapps.com).

    • Find your app under Apps --> Click the Share icon. Add your team members or, better, add a Microsoft 365 group (so you don’t have to manage individuals). Finally, assign them the User role (they don’t need Co‑owner unless they’ll edit the app).

In addition - if you want to share the app MS Team channel, you can launch also following the steps:

    You have two options:

Option A: Pin the app in Teams

    • In Power Apps, select your app → click Add to Teams.

    • This creates an app package and lets you install it into a specific Teams channel.

    • Once added, your team will see it in the left rail or as a tab in the channel.

Option B: Share the direct link

    • From the app details page, copy the Web link.

    • Post it in your Teams channel.

    • Users can click and launch the app in their browser or mobile Power Apps app.

    Finally,

    1. Make sure the Dataverse tables or SharePoint lists your app uses are also shared with the team.
    2. If they can open the app but see errors, it’s usually because the underlying data source permissions weren’t granted.

If you wnat to share the app with guest users here is guideline.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

You have an existing app in power apps and if you need to add that app in solution. Follow these steps:
    1. Go to solution that you have created
    2. Then from top navigation select add existing > app > canvas app.
    3. Then select your app from Dataverse or Outside Dataverse.
    4. Then click on "Add" button below.

Your existing app will be added to solution you have opened with all the objects.
I hope this works for you!

    Hi @OO-27081207-0,

solution is essentially a container for apps in Power Platform with flows, tables, and other components. If you’ve built your app outside of a solution, you won’t see it linked until you explicitly add it.

Here’s how you can link your Power App to a solution so your team can manage and deploy it together:

    • Open the correct environment : Go to Power Apps Maker Portal. Make sure you’re in the environment where your solution lives.

    • Navigate to Solutions : In the left navigation, select Solutions. Open the solution you created for your team.

    • Add Existing App: Inside the solution, click Add existing → App → Canvas app. You’ll see a list of apps in your environment. Select your app and click Add.

You will get two options - oneis From Dataverse, and the other is Outside Dataverse. Check where your app is and select to Add.

    • Confirm DependenciesL If your app uses Dataverse tables, flows, or SharePoint connections, make sure those components are also added to the solution. Otherwise, exporting/importing the solution later will break the app.

    • Publish and Share: Once the app is inside the solution, publish it. Share it with your team (either individuals or a Microsoft 365 group). If you want it in Teams, use Add to Teams from the solution view.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!
