Hello,
so I loaded the My Expense app. I went through all the steps to make it my own from this link.

after several attempts at the whole process i still come back to these two issues. i went through all the steps and didn't change any of the field names. i only changes the dropdown items in the Cost Center.
My First issue is with the ViewReportSubmitButton on the View Screen. after i make the report it will be open, then I submit it but cant approve it because of this error below. the Code seems right cause if i delete one piece and put it right back the error goes away but then comes back once i start the App.
One of the forums on here suggest to remove the Flow from the App and adding it back but after i removed it i was not able to bring it back.
My second issue is that when creating a report i try to select the cost center as one thing but then it always reverts back to the default option. the image on the left is what i selected and the right it the result.
let me know if you need more info in the App or any step I've takin.

To answer your first question, you may want to check on the flow portal if that flow exists there. You can also try making a save as copy of that flow and check if that reflects in the list of power automate on the canvas app.
If the issue still persists please open a support ticket for further investigation.
