Good day experts! Please help me create a link in the body of the approvals containing the attachment from another SP list.
For context, I have multiple attachments, but the client is requesting for a link to file instead of the attachment file itself.

I have already used the "Item Link" at the bottom of the start and wait. Now, I have another attachment from another 'Get items' and would like to display it as link in the body.

I tried to used the append to array variable however not working properly. Hope you can help me with this. Thank you in advance!

We do it this way...Get file properties step, use the Link to Item. Use markup to turn into link.

Hi

If you want the File and NOT the attachment which is what you said, so I am not 100% clear.

Are you asking how to grab the content, write it somewhere then download that for them?
