In VPA chat bot created(time) and created by (person name) takes logged in user name , time automatically, without enter manually those two data fields, and store save data details in to share point list.

Just to double check. Do you want to retrieve a list of PVA chat bots which have been created (with the time and the people who created them)?
If so, have a look at the thread below, which discusses the same topic.
You should be able to use a List Rows action for this (with the Chat bots table).
Or alternatively, you could use CoE starter kit for this as well.
