    Hi @VamsiP

Natively you can export the data, without using Power Automate,

I have data connected to gallery and user can apply filters to the data. The filtered data should export to excel. To do this is there any way other than using Power Automate.

    Hi @VamsiP

There is no way to export that data to Excel directly from a gallery. One of the reasons is that this data is not being stored anywhere, neither in Excel nor in Dataverse, so you must use Power Automate to create the Excel and be able to export the data.

This article describes it quite well on how to do it.

    Hi @VamsiP ,

    Please try:

1\Formatting the Gallery.AllItems table(The JSON function do no support table column or object type column)

2\Using the JSON function to format the table in to JSON string format.

3\Passing the JSON string to flow

    4\Parsing the JSON string

5\Converting the table in to a CSV table

    6\Creating a CSV file

I think this link will help you a lot(About how to format the Gallery.AllItems table and how to passing the table to flow):

If you want to export excel directly in a canvas app, then you can consider using this PCF.
