Very recently one user tries to open a link to launch the canvas app and received the error message "We could not retrieve your app." Clicking the link "You may be able to access the app by using this link." results in the same error message. The user has used the app many times in a year now and this is the first time encountering the issue. Other people who use this app don't have the issue.
We have tried to clear cache, use different browsers, allow third-party cookies, click the link in the office/at home. We also tried turn off proxy settings suggested byApp loading : r/PowerApps. But no luck.
Anyone who experienced the issue and/or have solutions/tips?
Not a lot left to try, so the list below ranges from stating the obvious to clutching at straws.
Have their permissions or licence status changed ?
Is this the Default Environment - if not does the user have proper access to it ?
Have you tested in Private/Incognito Mode in the browser ?
Does the user have issues on all devices or just on a single device ?
If a single device, can another user log in and access the app on it ?
