Hi

we have a power pages with a form with possibility to add attachments. We do not request user to sign in and authenticate.

Is there functionality in the platform to scan attachments for virus and prevent scripts for running?
Are there any documentation describing the risk and mittigation with attachments?

No.  You bear this risk.  There is no check of the file during upload etc

If you set it to store the attachments in Azure Blob, then you can use Azure Bobs anti-virus/malware features.  Technically you could probably also write something for Notes attachments.
