Is it possible to read particular data fields from Excel Using radio button option in Power Appa and Power Flow

I am new to Power APPS to Power FLOWS. At present I have below requirement.

1. Create one radio button with header.

2. After selecting the radio button, It needs to read particular column fields from Excel resource and send that data in email.

can you please help me to achieve this.

Can you please confirm where is the Excel file stored?

You can set up the configuration like:

If(Radio1.Selected.Value = 1, Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("Email","Test",First(DataSource).Title), Radio1.Selected.Value = 2, Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2("Email","Test2",First(DataSource).'Column 2'))

Thank you for your reply , Is there any way to send entire Table in Excel as an email using Power app.
Excel source is available in Onedrive.
