Hi,
How do I get the power app ID for a form that is generated using SharePoint list as the data source?
I don't seem to find this option.
@cooltechie
It is technically not an App (standalone PowerApp)
It is just a customized list form using PowerApps (similar to Infopath)
Hence no App Id
Also, note how Appname and icon options are disabled for such type of PowerApps

Hi @cooltechie ,
May I know why did you need the app ID for SharePoint custom form? We will see if there is any workaround. Like you should be able to get the link of custom form instead.
Regards,
Mona
The reason I wanted to know app ID is the Power Apps web part is using App ID or app url. I wanted to host the New Item form in Power apps web part.
Did you ever find out how to do this. I am trying to add a New Item form to a modern page and having issues. I tried the embed web part but as the page tries to render it errors out and navigates to a random page that never actually renders any information. (https://content.powerapps.com/resource/webplayerdynamic/publishedapp/preloadindex?preloadIndexPath=https%3A%2F%2Fcontent.powerapps.com%2Fresource%2Fapp%2F5n090om90nij5%2Fpreloadindex.web.html&&PowerAppsLanguage=en-US&loader=inline&lv=7k2hen6lkbmu8&serviceWorkerUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fcontent.powerapps.com%2Fresource%2Fwebplayer%2Fhashedresources%2Fje7hu2nsbb5bf%2Fjs%2FPowerAppsServiceWorker.PublishedApp.js&piv=0D34AED2&featureGates={%22publishedAppServiceWorker%22:true}). I looked at the Power Apps web part and of course it wants the App ID.
I think this is the app Id @jrtraylor, hope this helps. Remember that this Id will quickly show in your browser URL, so quickly grab it before it disappears. Follow steps provided:1.) Go to your list and click on 'Customize forms' under Power Apps
2.) Check the URL, and part of it is the Id (highlighted below)
