why I cannot click on the toggle button .. it's like that..

    DisplayMode.View?

    check  the DisplayMode property.

     

    If it's set do DisplayMode.View, change it to DisplayMode.Edit. If it's set to Parent.DisplayMode, unlock the element and set it to DisplayMode.Edit.
