    Hi @Kesh,

Not sure if you solved this issue yet. Is this only happening in your canvas app or even if you browse the data in make.powerapps.com -> Data -> Tables?

The top 2 common reasons for generic SQL Server errors are:

    1. Table is locked by either publishing in progress by developers or Microsoft via platform updates, or transactions not committed yet
    2. Query timed out. You'll need to somehow optimize your query; reduce columns, apply filtering, etc. We can help if you paste it here.

If you still can't get it fixed, suggest to submit a Microsoft support ticket at: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Hope this helps!

Unfortunately the generic bit is so generic that it doesn't help much in solving the problem and you will see it on a large number of types of failures, the 421 may indicate something with your query where you are possibly trying to do a DISTINCT on something that that is not comparable.

    Re: Generic SQL error -2147204784

I am seeing this as a warning when Importing a solution that was Exported from another developer environment. The associated xml log file identifies an entity relationship by name and a "80040203" error code whose text is "AttributeId is null." I am also seeing this same text reported by the import step of an Azure pipeline run failure when pulling source code from a GitHub repository, as in "The reason given was: AttributeId is null." Unfortunately that pipeline error log is even more vague and useless in identifying the problem.

The Powerapp Export/Import process flags a warning message while the Azure pipeline process fails during the Import step - both report the "AttributeId is null" text while one associates it with an SQL query that may be due to a MultiTargetLookup request that might reference an entity relationship.

Anyone know how to identify which SQL script is throwing this warning message?

Hey @jdfeemster, not sure if you say my reply in your previous post: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Multiple-developers-sharing-work-on-multiple-Solutions-using-ALM/m-p/2133382#M29538? Cheers

I came across this while having the same issue,
I found out that I was setting the variable somewhere else with a different schema.
So it was failing to load the record into the same variable.
I used the search function to find all the times i set the variable and made sure they app matched schema.
