Visualization of Data from Microsoft Planner

Hello everyone!

I'm looking to create an automated method of displaying data from Microsoft Planner in a graphical format in a kanban style chart. My goal is to take information from the Planner as it changes and display it in real time.

My original idea was to create a workflow that exports the data to an excel spreadsheet hosted in the OneDrive, then export that data to a Kanban template within that same spreadsheet. Then I would set a PC to display that spreadsheet in real time from OneDrive as changes are made.

This kanban chart is designed to show whether or not a task in Microsoft Planner is listed in the "Elicitation", "In Progress", or "Completed" buckets that we have already created.

Is there an easier way to do this? I want to ensure that we have a nice visual format that will constantly update.

Thanks!
