can we use the components that are built in xamarine, android studio, ionic etc... in "powerapps". Can we inetgrate those components into the apps built in power apps.

Unfortunately Xamarine and Android Studio components are not supported. The goal of Component Framework is to build shareable components and that imposes a specific temlpate and protocol.
