Hello people. I would appreciate if you could help me with the following:
When trying to update my bot to the latest Power Virtual Agents. it doesn't give me the option to "copy and convert this bot".
it just lets me choose "create a new bot".
Does this happen to anyone else?

When you click on your bot->Overview can you see this?
If yes, just click on Convert this bot.

Perhaps you are in conflict with one of the rules outlined, and that's why you're unable to clone?
