Connecting form to email - ability to send from a different email address?

Hi!

I have an app that currently allows users to fill out and submit a form. I'm adding the ability to email the submission afterwards using the Outlook 365 data connector. Is there any way to send the email from a different address than my account (the outlook 365 account currently linked) and/or to change who the email is being sent from each time?

Thanks!

    Hi @powerapps_user ,

You can use the From (send as), but the user must have authority to send from that mail box. The email will also come from the user's account (not yours) is the email is initiated in Power Apps.

I'm using Power Automate Desktop to retrieve emails from a lot of email adresses, but to do that you need an IMAP server and port to retrieve and SMTP to send emails. You can use variable to make it dynamic.
