I have tried both the "Meeting-Screen" (New Screen\Meeting) & "Meeting Capture" templates, and both are not showing or search the full list of meeting rooms. Its like its showing only the first 15/20 and if i search for a room, unless its in the ones displayed, it wont find it. Any ideas?
Thanks and its very frustrating that "Power Apps" lacks the "Power" to implement a fully functional app that can filter and then display results of meeting rooms from a large list of meeting rooms.
Hi @StuartSmith ,
The reason why you met this problem is because of the limit of Office365.FindMeetingTimes.
This function could only search for the available times of 20 person objects in a single operation.
Here's a doc about this meeting screen in details for your reference: (please check the limit of this screen)
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/screen-templates/meeting-screen-reference#room-browse-gallery
So that is server's limit. I'm afraid there's no very good way to avoid this.
I suggest you express your views about improving this connector on PowerApps Ideas Forum. Your precious feedback will be very helpful for our work.
