Setting Planner Due Date -7 days before 'Event Date'

Hello,

I have an issue with I was hoping someone could please help with. I have tried various ways suggested online but nothing seems to be working.

Essentially, I have a form that asks for an Event Date, this info is stored on a SharePoint List, and then it creates a Task in Planner.

I need the Due Date of the Planner task to be -7 days from the date selected for Event Date.

This is what I have tried but getting an error. Various different guides suggest this is the correct way though, am i missing something?

I have checked in SharePoint and the column Event Date is definitely set to 'Date and Time'.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

    Hi @v-qiaqi-msft -

I eventually figured it out by using this

    addDays(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r02bb57d0dbaf490584201151e78c03e7'], -7)

I was assuming it would just get 'Event Date' from the outputs but instead i selected the Dynamic content for 'Event Date' which changed the expression to the above. This worked 🙂

    Hi @jap11,

Could you please show me the completed flow, where did you get this event date?
