I have created a chatbot in Teams and published it. When I send a link to people it says App can not be found.

 

Do people need to have the power virtual agents App to use the bot?

    They should not need the link, though there are sharing settings for Teams within PVA where you can share to a team or to individual users.  Did you ever end up resolving this issue?
