Sharepoint form will not save it just has loading dots or gives skip to content error

I have been doing lots of searching to find the reason why all a sudden my form will not save. I found it could be a required field isn't being fulfilled, but i doubled checked and all my fields that are required are visible. the form worked before i updated one list items Display name and deleted another list item column and made a new person or group type column to replace it with same name, but made sure to have "allow multiple selections" selected. (i was getting the error " The property on this control expects Record value.." ).  so it doesn't seem to make sense why it work now.

below is what the form looks like on Sharepoint and showing i have the default Item setting for the SharePointForm1.

    Hi @somebodycool ,

    Focusing on this statement deleted another list item column and made a new person or group type column to replace it with same name, try deleting the person field and re-adding it with a different name.

    I am also assuming you did not alter any control Items or card Update properties.

    Hello thank you for your reply! i went ahead and deleted that column and made another with different name. still the form does the loading dots and nothing happens -_-  frustrating stuff.

    this is the settings i have for the new column and i kept all the defaults for the DataCard in power apps. Update property shown in screen shot. for now I'm ignoring the submitter name data that has the red x power apps is complaining it expected a record for that also (im reluctant to change that as i did for this preferred project lead card) stuff was working before i updated that.

    @somebodycool ,

    That eliminates one issue (I thought you had a corruption with a field name). Have you tried simply deleting the form and starting over?

    hello WarrenBelz, thanks for that troubleshooting. in my Sharepoint it doesn't appear i have the delete form option under Settings if that is how you would delete it. otherwise i'm guessing ill have to make a completely new list 😕 any other thoughts are appreciated. thanks.

    Hi @somebodycool ,

    If you go into List Settings > Form Settings and then choose Use Default SharePoint form, you can delete the Power Apps item.

    hello thanks for sharing a screen shot of where to remove the form from Sharepoint. i mentioned for some reason this sharepoint site isn't showing that functionality. this is what i see. I'm thinking my only option is to make a new list on top of going through making a custom form again?

    Hi @somebodycool ,

    I have never seen that screen showing that result before, so yes - but note you can copy a SharePoint list including content) as a Template and then create a copy.
