Hi,

Can you please help me with some idea on difference between the power app per app license and D365 (Sales Enterprise, Customer Service and Field Service) Full user embedded power app license uses? Will there be any restriction on accessing the tables? We need to clarify the practical boundaries between these 2 types of license and Restricted/complex tables access for them. I see that core tables in CS and FS are restricted, but what about main tables in Sales? Any idea on this will be very helpful

    Hi @Sayanika

Have you looked at the following article? It clearly outlines the licenses required to access restricted tables
