Issue with Header Names in Power Query

I am new to Power Query.

I am attempting to transform my data and I am getting an error message that says my header column 'Employee Name' of the table wasn't found, even though I can see it in the formula and on the table.

What am I not understanding or misinterpreting?

Hi @Phineas! I am running into this very issue at the moment. Did you find a solution?

looks like data source changed, check the header of source table firstly.

@Phineas & @LoganK What I've also found is that, depending on the source (especially Excel), the column names are in the first row. Then you need to promote (use) the first row as headers before trying to transform the type.
