Hi,
I'm trying to build a flow that creates a Sharepoint sharing link for a file or folder, limited to a specific recipient. At the moment the only "Link Scope" options are:
Anyone with the link, including anonymous
People in your organisation
Neither of these would achieve what we need. However, I noticed a third option, called "Enter custom value". Does anyone know what the capabilities / limitations are of this option, and what syntax it requires?
Thanks
I'm looking for the same solution but the screenshots aren't showing in the thread unfortunately, so the process isn't apparent.
Link still exists here: https://ideas.powerautomate.com/d365community/idea/85c4cb3a-b169-4c71-acd9-c8ae48947f28
@toddcarr1 sorry to bring up an old thread, but that post seems to be deleted or something. Can you explain the process you used?
There is a way to share to a "specific user" it just is not as clear because you don't use any of the email flow functions. see my response on page 4 of this link, this does allow to share to a specific user.
Hi @v-bacao-msft ,
Thanks for confirming my suspicions, and yes, I've already voted for that idea.
Kind regards,
Adriaan
Hi @adriaanvw ,
Scope must be either 'organization' or 'anonymous'. So custom value doesn't work here.
Unfortunately, MS Flow does not support such features. If you want similar features to be supported by MS Flow, please consider voting for similar idea:
Also, you could post your idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
