@Teresa24486
Is this a model driven app?
yes @Mira_Ghaly
Have you assigned the same security role to the user and the app?
Yes @Mira_Ghaly, its working for the other user who was given the same rights. I have given Power Apps License to all the required users, Not sure what I am missing on.
@Teresa24486 the error indicates missing read permission on a specific entity, is the user in the same business unit as the other user?
Hi @Mira_Ghaly ,
I just created the security group and added the user to the role. If one user from the group is able to access, the rest should be able to access too apparently. Again, is there anything else I am missing on?
Did u assign security role to the users or just added to the group?
If the users are in different business units it can be the reason why one can access and not the other.
Sorry I did not quite understand this point. Can you explain more please?
Let me ask the question in another way?
Say User 1 is in business unit x
Is User 2 who can't access is in the same business unit of or in different business unit?
Can you share how the security role to access the app looks like for the tables being accessed by the app?
Ok, I got your question. So the users are in the same business units. @Mira_Ghaly
