I am trying to create a topic that will prompt the user to upload a photo to sharepoint it uses three connectors so far, one grab the folder metadate, if the folder doesn't exist then make the folder and go back to grab meta data again, once it has the data it uses the connector to create a link I am trying to send a message with the link but the output variable from the connector to create the link doesn't appear in the available variables. I tried setting a variable value and when I go to use that variable value it also just doesn't appear, is there any fix? I set the variables to topic scope and I am in the same topic, copilot studio seems like a joke, I also can't delete variables like the error variable on a connector after it is set, why is that, why do I have to clear all my variables this makes no sense.

    pls try the following:
After adding or modifying a connector, refresh the list of available variables by saving and reopening the topic. This can help Copilot Studio detect newly defined variables from the connector.
For multi-step workflows (like creating folders, retrieving metadata, and generating links), consider offloading the logic to a Power Automate flow and connecting it to your topic in Copilot Studio. Power Automate handles complex variable outputs better and can return the final link directly to your topic.
