This is way off topic from your original post and I haven't run into anyone using Lotus Notes for a very long time. Your question has massive technical details to sort out before anyone can offer you a clear answer, and this forum is probably not the place to seek out that level of technical expertise. Have you tried IBM?
Sure, you can migrate data of some kind into a SharePoint List, but depending on the data it might not be easy and it might not be the best way to do what you to accomplish.

Problem statement is we have as400 forms data which sends data to lotus notes and from these data there is one application been developed that utilizes these data from above datasources. Is it possible to migrate into office365
There's no pre-built tool that I am aware of, but I noticed there is a recently-added preview connector. I haven't used it, so I can't comment on how well it works.

Thanks a lot. Do we have any migration tool for migrating as400 to office365? There are gigabytes of data. Which is the reliable tool for migration if any please suggest. Much appreciated
You migrate data via CSV files to a SharePoint List, but keep in mind some key differences from other DBs:
