Ability to add @mention feature to notes

Hi,

We've added activities in the Timeline wall to keep track of our sales communications. It would be really great if @mention feature is enabled on a note so that as soon as a note is posted, it gets notified to a relevant teams on Teams channel (the configuration may be need to decide which Teams channel it needs to go to).

The below is the example.

Do you want to add this feather in note?
I'm afraid it's not supported in powerapps currently.

I suggest you post this kind of idea here:

If many people vote for your idea, this feather may be our developing direction in the future.

This option is really important and to understand Microsoft Product Team for Dynamics 365 should add feature to make system more efficient and effective.

Now we can using @mention people in the Note on Timeline area.

Does this require apps like D365 Customer Service or D365 Sales installed in the PowerApps environment? I'm not able to use this @mention feature in a model-driven app.

No need another apps. It's a functionality of Power Platform. And you must enable this functionality before using.

I've tried following the instructions, even changed the note interface to the old Rich Text Area that allows you to @ someone, however it doesn't generate a notification.
