Kindly suggest if i got to build canvas app or model driven app for below details and thing is im not sure if any limitations associated for building the below usecase

Hi,

As you required multiple screen and capture image then Canvas is best. You can not change UI in model driven app and you can customize your UI in canvas according to your need and you will get many control in canvas which will make your task easy.

Here are some other differences between model-driven and canvas apps:

Data model

Model-driven apps use pre-defined data models, while canvas apps allow users to design and integrate their own data models.

Focus

Model-driven apps focus on the data and business logic, while canvas apps focus on the UI and UX design.

Responsiveness

Model-driven apps are responsive by design and will render themselves according to whatever device you use.

Thanks a lot for your inputs and please let me know if dataverse can be used or sharepoint list for storing data and which is better idea in overall context.

It depends on your requirements and license model. We are familiar with dataverse and used that because it provides a high security model and some automation features as well.

Question 1:

So in above requirement we shall leverage sharepoint list itself right and we don't need dataverse as there is no challenging cases in above usecase requirements that were not feasible

Question 2:

Additionally, should we use sharepoint user groups for access related visibility for powerapps screens and what i mean is that app1 is visible for users group and app2 is visible for admin groups so please suggest. or is it best to use sharepoint lists for storing users group and admin groups as below access list structure

Access sharepoint list

Title emailaddress(multiline)

Users users@abc.com

Admins admin@email.com
