Power Apps - Remove/Turn off 'Download a copy' button

Is there a way to allow a user to continue to edit a Power App but to disable 'Download a copy' button? Reason I ask is in order to protect company IP. I want employees to be able to work in Power Apps but not download the entire app. You can turn off Exporting an App and Exporting Solutions but I don't see any way to remove 'Download a copy.' Thanks!

    hey

i dont think that this is possible. i dont think that they can download the app including all data, when downloading i guess they only download code and layout.
similar to the power automate flows.

if my answer helped please mark as verified answer,

mmbr1606  is correct - if you are going to give a user co-owner access, then they get "all the goods"

Just a matter of interest - it is also easy to copy a complete app to a new one by
    • Setting up all screens on the new app with the same names
    • Copying all App OnStart, StartScreen and Screen OnVisible code over
    • Connect all data sources and flows
    • Copy the entire contents of each screen to the new ones (ctrl-a, ctrl-c then ctrl-v on the new screen)
so disabling "download a copy" (if you could) still does not protect your IP.

Thanks WarrenBelz and mmbr1606! That's a fair point, I thought about that as well but just figured it might make it a little more difficult without the 'Download' button. However, I think you're right, probably wouldn't slow someone down much since they could just copy/paste. I appreciate your help!
