Hi everyone,

I recently just got an error message with a model driven app trying to load a gen page. I am attaching image with error message, I do not know what it means or why this happened. At first I thought it was due to the model driven app the gen page is in was too large but then I recreated it on another smaller model driven app and got the same. Has anyone experienced this error before and how could I solve it?

Thanks

I am having the same issue as well. Tried to create another Generative Page and having the same issue. It works on the app editor side just not on the published browser version for users.

Assuming it is a Microsoft bug issue

I'm having the exact same issue too! Spent ages trying to resolve, thought it must be a code issue, then tried another very small basic app, and that didn't work either. And now seen your guys comments, so clearly an MS issue, which makes me feel a bit better. Well, it will do it they solve it quickly of course ;)

We’re experiencing the same bug when running a Generative Page. After testing, we noticed it only occurs if your Power Platform update cycle is set to Early. On environments using the Standard cycle, the issue doesn’t appear.

One more observation: the bug only started showing up after republishing on February 2. Before that date, everything worked fine.

Hope this helps others narrow down the conditions where the error happens.

Is it possible to change the release cycle after an environment has been created?

Can you give a try in Incognito mode.
