Hi,

I have been confused by the display of apps for a long time.

For the first app, my displaying setting is:
Width: 1920 ; Height: 1200
Scale to fit: On
Lock aspect ratio: On
Lock orientation: On
The published app looks like:

For the second app, my displaying setting is:
Width: 1920 ; Height: 1080
Scale to fit: On
Lock aspect ratio: On
Lock orientation: On
The published app looks like:

It seems like I have same display setting for 2 apps but why one displays in the center while the other not.

Appreciate if you can give some suggestions

Even with the same display settings (width, height, scaling, etc.), the app may render differently depending on the screen resolution, browser window size, or monitor setup.

    1. Screen Size and Resolution:

      • The resolution of the device or monitor you are using to view the apps can influence how the apps are displayed, even if the app settings are the same. For instance:
        • If one app's width and height settings (1920x1200 vs. 1920x1080) don’t match the resolution of your screen, Power Apps may adjust how it centers the app.
        • The aspect ratio (16:10 vs. 16:9) is slightly different between your two apps. Even though both apps are locked to aspect ratio and scaling, their dimensions are different, causing Power Apps to scale them differently.
    2. Scaling and Centering:

      • Scale to fit: When this is on, Power Apps scales the app to fit the window size or resolution while maintaining the aspect ratio. This can cause slight differences in how the app is centered or scaled, especially if the screen resolution differs from the app's design.
      • Lock Aspect Ratio: This ensures that the app retains the same proportions, but if the screen or browser window isn’t an exact match for the app’s aspect ratio, it might leave empty space at the top, bottom, or sides, depending on the screen's dimensions.
