Reset a Users Data Usage Permission??

Hello

We have an app that connects off to a SharePoint List. When the app loads a user has denied this connection and can no longer save to the sharepoint list from the app.

Is there a way of resetting this so then next time they open the app it will ask them to Allow or Don't Allow this connect/data usage?

Many thanks for your help in advance

I will keep this in mind if this happens again. I got around it by adding a new connector to the app and when they ran it again they were asked to confirm permissions to all connectors.

Plan is to remove the need to confirm though.

Could you try to un-share and then re-share the app with them? An alternative could be to have them delete the existing connection in your environment and then trying to access the app again.

They have access to the List (outside the app) - I believe they pressed "Don't Allow", they didn't say they did but when I said this was I thought had happened they haven't denied it.

Suppressing the consent dialog is on the ToDo list. Didn't realise this was possible until looking into how to undo pressing "Don't Allow".

    Hello @KWelsh,

Did your user click on "Don't allow"? In this case in my experience they should not be able to use the app at all. Do they have access to the SPO list?

Can your user open the "Connections" page on https://make.powerapps.com? You could try to have them sign in to the existing SPO connection again.

To prevent this situation in the future, you can also suppress the consent dialog.
