Failed to install the flow

Hi there,

We have a solution which we are importing as a managed solution into the default environment.

We have 6 flows within the powerapp all triggered within the app, 4 are working fine but 2 are giving us the error below. They are all using the same connection reference.

The flow run only permissions are set to use the service account (account used for doing the import and all connections).

DegreePlanner-SendaswordDocument.Run failed: {"error":{"code":"0x80048d0b","message":"Failed to install the flow"}}

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Same issue here, seem like lastest release of Power Apps have many annoying error (or possibly a bug?)

I try to switch authoring version back to previous (3.23114.25), all work fine, you may try this as workaround.

    Hope this help!

I have the same error after migrating a complete managed solution to a diff environment, in out DEV and UAT environment no error, but in PROD getting same error.

I have tried changing to a previous authoring version ()recommended one) but still same issue exists.  It is getting slightly frustrating the stability of the platform especially in recent months.

    You may try these,

    • Remove and reconnect the flow with your app (in DEV environment) then deployed to UAT/PROD again
    • Assign or create security role with organization read privilege to process (workflow) table to users that need to run the flow.

By doing these step with switching to previous authoring version, it worked for me.

And I totally agreed with you that many of recent releases of Power Platform have many annoying defects..

Thanks for your comments! I completed the following steps and the flows are now triggering and working:

    • Commented the flows that were giving the errors out in the PowerApp and removed them from the PowerApp and Solution in DEV
    • Exported and imported this version of the solution into prod.
    • Add the flows back to the PowerApp and Solution in dev
    • Exported and Imported the solution into prod.

This worked and the flows are now running.

Same error here. Tried the solutions above, in terms of removing the flow, readding, re-exporting (all of which is ridiculous and time consuming). Same results.
