Form displaying no item to display

Hi,

 

I am building an approval app and whenever i try to create a new request after submitting a form, it shows no items to display.

I have a button that brings me to a new request form.

at the new request form, i have a save button

After clicking the save button, i would be redirect to the same page as my first screenshot. I try to click on new request and i get

Can someone help me on this?

    Check the form's Default Mode. 
    The default mode is Edit that's why it's showing no data found.

    Hi,

     

    Please set the form Item property as an empty object {} because you created a new form On click of the New Request button.

    Fill Request Information form details and click on Save Icon then it redirects to first screen.

    After Onclick of New Request Button redirects to the below Request Information Form:
