Hi
I am looking for possibilities to monitor Model Driven Apps with Application Insights.
I know it's possible for Canvas Apps (blogPost, docs) but i can't seem to find an out of the box solution for the Model Driven Apps.

Not yet but you can now monitor apps for any issues on a form.

I suspect more will appear after the unified interface is standard and it's easier for the appropriate logic to be added,
The 2022 solution is that model driven app telemetry is available now as an export to Application Insights.

Log to App Insights from plugins. Using ilogger you can also populate the Traces table
