Hi,

I’m running into an issue with AI Builder custom prompts and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I’m trying to create documents and images using a custom prompt, and I’ve enabled Code Interpreter. However, whenever I try to test the prompt, I consistently get an “Internal server error.”

The strange part is that this was working fine about a week ago without any issues, and I haven’t made any significant changes since then.

Has anyone encountered this before? If so, did you find any workaround or solution?

Would really appreciate any insights or suggestions.

Microsoft may have made backend changes or is experiencing a temporary service disruption.

Check Service Health: Visit the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for any AI Builder or Power Platform incidents.
Try a Different Environment or Region: Sometimes, switching to another environment or region can bypass temporary backend issues.
Clear Cache/Incognito Mode: Try in a private browser window or clear your cache.
Wait and Retry: If it’s a backend issue, it may resolve within a few hours or days.
