Hello community.

I would like to insert a HTML table with the follow format:

sajarac_19-1648826033863.png

The description is usually 2 or 3 lines of text. I would like to have the green checkmark icon always in the middle of the cell.

I also would like to see the checkmark on my web and mobile phone.

Is this possible? if so, how?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    You mean you want to click a button and then send an html table?

    You could do that with power Automate by clicking the code view button. That way you can embed an html table in your email.

    Another cool feature available are adaptive cards. Probably a bit more work to get it working, but still quite interesting.

    Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
     "your@email.com",

    The documentation states that you can put in the html in the body section. But that way you have to put everything in in HTML. So the full body.

    Hi @sajarac

    This is the closest checkmark I can get.

    "<table width='100%' border='1' cellpadding='5' style='border:1px solid black; border-collapse:collapse'>" &
    "<tr style='background-color:#efefef'>
    <th> Description </th> <th> Option1 </th> <th> Option 2 </th> <th> Option 3 </th>
    </tr>
    <tr>ES
    <tr style='text-align:center; font-weight:bold'>
    <td style='width:50%'>Item 1 Usually 2 lines of code</td>
    <td style='color:green;font-size:45px'>&#10004;</td>
    <td style='color:green;font-size:45px'>&#10004; </td>
    <td style='color:green;font-size:45px'> </td>
    </tr>
    </table>"

    For the Description column, you can adjust this portion of the code in percentages.

    <td style='width:50%'>

    Wow. Thank you very much @Adrian_Celis , that is exactly what I was needing.

    Silly question? The &#10004 is from any table? if so, do you have the link by change? I would like to add more symbols to my table.

    Thanks again for your help.

    🙂

    Hi @sajarac

    You can just replace that with any HTML symbol.

    https://www.rapidtables.com/web/html/html-codes.html

    Or you can search the internet for HTML codes for symbols.
