My requirement is to , add a functionality that users can be able to see a pop up screen that says mail has been sent .

Pls suggest , how can i achieve this functionality , any docs /links/video for solutioning ,

    Hi @Kumar_bi ,

    How is your Flow triggered?

    To achieve such functionality, you have to use JS on the Form.

    Insert a loading spinner -> Flow will execute and send response (Async promise) -> Close when response received or field is populated.

    I have a blog using simple HTTP request: Reference Blog

    You can use promise resolution with other trigger as well.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks @Ethan_R  for replying .
    My flow is triggered when I change a choice column from Yes to No and then hit "Save"

    @Kumar_bi

    With JavaScript, you can add the OnSave event of the form to show the message with an alert dialog.

    The tricky part is to show the alert only when the Boolean choice column is selected "Yes" and saved (and not every save event)

    You can do that by checking if the Boolean choice column is dirty (the value has been updated) and the current value = Yes.

    Here are some examples of checking if the field value is dirty. You don't have to loop through all attributes as those examples. You just need to check it for your one field.
