How to create a new LIST by concatenating two LISTS in the same position?

I have two columns, each containing a List, both created using delimiters on a single cell of text.

eventTypeeventBy
ListList

Each List contains a string corresponding to the position in the List (e.g. eventType {deleted, added, renamed} and eventBy {1/1/23, 2/12/22, 10/12/22}). There can be many items in lists.

How can I concatenate these into a new List, with the same number of items? e.g. {"deleted 1/1/23", "added 2/12/22", "renamed 10/12/22} ?

The closest I seem to have gotten is this

List.Combine(List.Transform([eventType], (L1) => List.Transform([eventBy], (L2) => L1 & L2)))

which concatenates but generates new items (I don't understand what the => is doing here)
