How to change the label text at the push of a button

Can you tell me how to change the text of the label at the push of a Button?

When the Button is pressed,

I want to issue a text message ("aaa") and delete the displayed message ("aaa") after 3 seconds.

You can use Notify() - on Button OnSelect

Notify("aaa",Information,3000)

I think using Notify is one way to do it, I would like to display it as text just below the placed button.

You have to use variables as that's things you can attach to events such as onSelect. So you would on the Button OnSelect put in either Set(variablename,"Text Value") for global variable that can be used across all screens. If it's just a local variable to that screen you can use UpdateContext({variablename:"Text Value"}) to do the same. Then add a label below the button and set it's Text value to variablename and It'll update to that variable when the button is clicked.

@Bird ,

You are going to need a label with the visibility set to a variable and use a timer to hide it at the end. We are dealing with something similar on your other post.
